  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard shipping to deliver your orders. The estimated delivery time may vary based on your location and can range from 3 to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.

4. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number.

5. International Shipping:

  • Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada and US.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Kezza is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure. If you have concerns about the security of your delivery location, we recommend selecting a shipping address where someone can receive the package.

7. Address Accuracy:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Inaccurate addresses may result in delayed delivery or non-delivery of your order.

8. Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may cause delays. Kezza is not liable for any shipping delays beyond our control.

9. Multiple Shipments:

  • In some cases, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

 

At Kezza, we strive to provide you with high-quality jewelry and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy. Please review the following conditions before initiating a return:

  1. No Returns on Earrings: Due to health reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings. Please make sure to choose your earrings carefully before making a purchase.

  2. 15-Day Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return eligible items for a refund. Beyond this period, unfortunately, we cannot process any returns.

  3. Store Credit for Gifted Orders: If you received the jewelry as a gift and wish to return it, we offer store credit for eligible returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  4. Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Check our return policy to ensure that the item is eligible for return.
    • Send an email to contact@kezza.ca requesting your return label.
    • Include the following details in your email:
      • Order number
      • Address where the jewelry will be shipped from
      • Email address associated with your Kezza account
    • Wait for further instructions and your return label.
  5. Shipping Fee Deduction: Please note that the original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  6. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund or issue store credit, as applicable.

  7. Credit Application: For returns resulting in store credit, please provide the email address associated with your Kezza account. This ensures a seamless application of credit once the return is processed.
